The first and the most problem confronting the survey users is the mastery of the knowledge base. This problem arise because of the failure of the survey users to read the fine print of the terms and conditions stipulated in the survey sites and as a result failing to fulfill those terms and conditions and become entitled to payment. Many times it is seen that users expect to be paid for doing a survey without signing up the trial offer going with it when the survey site stipulates that signing up of trial offer is a condition for getting paid. Again while it is laid down in the survey site that they must preserve the emails received in confirmation of this signing up from the survey companies, even then they delete those emails and when the system of the survey companies do not detect signing up information and they are requested to make those emails available in order for the survey site to correct their account and facilitate payment, they maintain that it is not their responsibility to preserve these emails. If you operate this way you are certainly going to feel frustrated.
On the other hand if you do the online surveys as per the rules of the game and follow strictly the information provided by the survey sites, you are sure to get paid and thus supplement your income. Based on these two situations, one is going to view the position totally differently. If the user is one who got paid in the normal course, he will feel happy and for him the Paid surveys is a fun and as simple as surves sites promise. They find doing surveys worthwhile and a rewarding experience. As against this, if the user is one of those unlucky fellows who does not preserve the confirmation emails and hence his payment is held up he is certainly going to feel peeved and complain. When asked to provide the proof of signing up of trial offers, he is unable to provide this proof because he has not preserved these emails and hence he is unable to substantiate his claim of having signed up trial offers. Hence he/she is not able to claim the payment to which otherwise he would have become entitled.
